Chuck Germana has worked in and on behalf of the City of Parma for more than 35 years on a multitude of business, civic, religious and political fronts.

He has served as president of Parma City Council since 1992 and was a member of the 1992 Charter Commission. Chuck has also served the Parma Park Advisory Committee, Mayor's Economic Development Advisory Council in addition to being the co-chair of Citizens for a Better Parma, Citizens for a Safe Parma, and treasurer of Citizens for Fair Taxation. In addition he serves on the boards of the Parma Community General Hospital Health Care Foundation and the Parma Area Chamber of Commerce. He also is active in the Boy Scouts of America.

A graduate of Ohio University, he is president of Four Star Insurance Agency. He and his wife Anne, have four grown children and have four granddaughters. The family worships at St Bridget of Kildare parish where Chuck serves as a lecture, Eucharistic Minister, welcome committee member, and past president of the Holy Name Society.

Clerk of Council Mastroianni is a graduate of Lincoln West High School and has attended Tri-C Western campus and Kent State University.

Mr. Mastroianni was appointed Clerk of Council on January 1, 2006 after serving as Ward 7 Councilman for two years.

The Clerk is responsible for keeping the records of Council meetings and legislative action in addition to performing administrative duties such as certifications and legal notifications.

The Office is comprised of the Clerk, a chief deputy clerk and four deputy clerks.

Councilwoman Mary Galinas has been a homeowner and resident of Parma since 1981. She and her husband, John (Bradley), are the parents of five and have three granddaughters.

A Realtor with Howard Hanna Smthye Cramer Co., Mrs. Galinas is a lifelong member of St. Bridget Parish who volunteers for numerous local charities. She also holds memberships in the Parma Area Chamber of Commerce and the Parma Historical Society.

Councilwoman Galinas has served Ward 1 since 2002.

Councilman Brennan is a U.S. History and Government teacher who graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and a Master's Degree in Secondary School Administration conferred by Cleveland State University.

A recipient of numerous awards for excellence in teaching, he and his wife, Deena (Denk) are the parents of two children and attend St. Charles Borromeo Parish. Active in myriad civic, professional and charitable organizations, Councilman Brennan is serving his third term of office on Parma City Council.

Councilman Celebrezze is currently serving his first term on Parma City Council.

A 1996 graduate of Brecksville-Broadview Hts. High School, Nick earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in American Politics from the University of Akron and his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. He was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio in May of 2004.

A former Adult Probation Officer and Assistant County Prosecutor, Nick is currently in private practice as an attorney in Parma. He has been long active in the Democratic Party at the city, county, and state level and has previously been elected to the City of Parma Charter Commission.

Councilman Day is a graduate of Holy Name High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree in communications from John Carroll University.

He is married to Colleen Corrigan Day and is the father of three daughters. The family attends St. Columbkille Catholic Church where the councilman is involved in parish functions as well as coaching girls’ baseball and basketball.

A resident of Ward 4 for 15 years, Councilman Day is a Director for the Cuyahoga County Auditor’s Office and his responsibilities include overseeing the Map Room and Digital Imaging Departments.

Tom is a life-long resident of Parma-he attended St. Charles Elementary, Parma High School, The University of Cincinnati and Cleveland State University. Tom and his wife Jane have been married for 21 years and have three daughters.

Tom has been involved in the community at many levels ranging from youth sports coach to memberships in various civic organizations. He is currently employed with the Cuyahoga County Engineer's Office. Tom has experience in program management, health and safety, grants writing as well as administrative experience. Tom has also been a small business owner/operator in the Parma area.

Councilman Napoli is serving his third term of office on Parma City Council.

A 1979 graduate of Valley Forge High School, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of North Carolina at Pembrooke in 1984. Employed by PPG Industries, he and his wife, Debbie, are the parents of two sons.

Councilman Napoli and his family are actively involved in St. Anthony’s parish where he is a CYO coach and is a member and fundraiser chairman on the Athletic Association’s board.

Councilman Ramser and his wife, Linda, have been homeowners in Ward 7 for over 28 years. Ken and his family attend Holy Family Church. They have five children who are all graduates of Valley Forge High School and, in addition, have four grandchildren.

Ken is serving in his fourth elected term as a Business Agent of Teamsters Local Union #24. For the past two terms he has also served as the Union's Secretary/Treasurer.

Councilman Tuma is an attorney with the law firm of Robert L. Tuma & Associates. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He also earned a Bachelor's Degree in History/Political Science from Walsh College and a Master's Degree in History from Cleveland State University. He is a graduate of Padua Franciscan High School.

Councilman Tuma and his wife, Joann, are the parents of two children and attend St. Charles Borromeo Church. He has served as President of the Parma Bar Association and on the City of Parma Board of Zoning Appeals. In addition, he served as a voluntary magistrate for the Parma Juvenile Diversion Program.

Councilman Tuma was appointed to this position in July of 2005. He was then elected to a two year term in the November 2005 election.

Councilman Jech is “the Dean” of Parma City Council who is now serving his sixth term of office in the legislative branch of municipal government.

A graduate of Valley Forge High School, he attended Tri-C’s western campus until entering the military in 1972. After completing a three-year tour of duty in the Army overseas, he returned to the area and later married his wife Maureen.

The parents of three, the family belongs to St. Columbkille Catholic Church.
