The PPHA owns and manages 60 Public Housing Units at Chevybrook Estates and administers at least 742 Housing Choice (Section 8) Vouchers.
Housing Choice Voucher Program Lottery
Below are the results of the lottery which includes the waiting list for
our HCV (Housing Choice Voucher Program). It includes the veterans, victims of natural disasters and other applicants who were randomly selected from all of the individuals who applied.
Winners of the Housing Choice Voucher Program Lottery will receive a letter in the mail with your number assignment on the waiting list. If you are not a winner, you will not be receiving a letter. It is the responsibility of the lottery participant to know their number. **Please do not contact City Hall or the Housing Agency requesting your number. **

CMHA Housing Choice Voucher Program Waiting List Lottery
Entry in the lottery is for the chance to win a place on the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority's Housing Choice Voucher Program Wiating List. A copy of the advertisement is attached here.
Please note the following:
- There is a dedicated Waiting List Lottery web site, applycuyahogacounty.tenmast.com, and Waiting List Lottery Call Center, 800-223-4969, separate from CMHA.
- The Waiting List Lottery web site and Call Center will go live on August 1, 2011 at 8 a.m. EDT. They will not be available prior to that time. On August 1st, they will be available to provide information and to answer questions regarding the Lottery.
- Online entries for the Waiting List Lottery can be submitted beginning Monday, August 15, 2011, at 8 a.m. EDT. Entries will be accepted around the clock through Friday, August 19, 2011, at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Entries will only be accepted online; no paper entries will be available.
- Seniors and persons with disabilities can obtain assistance with submitting an entry online by calling the Waiting List Lottery Call Center at 800-223-4969. The call center will be open from 8 a.m. through 8 p.m. EDT.
- Entry into the lottery and placement on the waiting list do not guarantee the future award of a voucher. Those who are placed on the waiting list will be determined eligible for the Voucher Program when their names reach the top of the waiting list.
