Weddings Ceremonies

Wedding ceremonies must be scheduled in advance by calling the Mayor's Executive Secretary, Michelle Blair, at 440-885-8001.

The Mayor performs wedding ceremonies for residents of the City of Parma only. The ceremony is performed in the Mayor's office at Parma City Hall, 6611 Ridge Rd. They are done on Wednesdays and Thursdays only, in the afternoon. There is no fee.

You must bring with you on the day of the wedding your marriage license from the Cuyahoga County Probate Court (downtown Cleveland 216-443-8920). You are welcome to bring family and friends, and cameras or video cameras to take pictures of your wedding. A minimum of business attire is required.
