Rebates Offered

HVAC improvement - (Rooftop A/C units require a Minimum EER of 15)

50% of cost up to $1500

Lighting - (Field verification of lighting replacement may be required)

50% of cost up to $1500

Programmable thermostat

50% of cost up to $1500

These rebates can be combined, but please note that rebates and applicable building permit fee reimbursements are subject to a $1,500 aggregate limit per address and $4,500 aggregate limit per parcel.

To submit the rebate application form you will need a copy of the receipt for the purchase and the receipt from the City for any applicable building permits. The cost of a building permit from the City is also eligible for rebate and is included in the maximum allowed.

Loans Offered

Low interest loans for commercial improvement projects are also available. Please note that a personal guaranty will be required and that credit-worthiness will be checked. Please click here to obtain the credit check form.
