Home Improvements:
Exterior doors - (Must be existing home and principal residence. Applies to external hinged doors and fire-rated internal hinged garage doors.)
- $50 per door up to 5 doors
Windows - (Storm windows not included. Must be existing home and principal residence.)
- $25 per window up to 20 windows
Insulation - (Applies to wall and attic insulation and excludes water heater blankets. Must be existing home and principal residence)
- whole house - $500
- partial - 10% of material costs
Programmable thermostat
These rebates can be combined, but please note that there is a $750 aggregate limit per address.
To submit the rebate application form you will need a copy of the receipt for the purchase, a copy of the energy star rating that is found in or on the appliance, and proof of proper disposal or haul away of the replaced appliance.
The cost of a building permit from the City is also eligible for rebate if your project required such a permit. Please bring the receipt from the City for the permit fee.
