Safety Town
Safety Town is designed to help pre-k children gain a better understanding of the importance of safety in their own lives. To that end, some of the Safety Town topics include Personal Identification, Fire Safety, Railroad Safety, Pedestrian Safety, Driver Safety, Bicycle Safety, School Bus Safety, Stranger Danger, and 911 Instruction. Safety Town is not mandatory prior to entering kindergarten, but is an excellent opportunity for all Pre-K children to explore their community through class activities and learn important safety precautions.
Inclusion Statement
Safety Town welcomes all children—regardless of disability, learning needs, or medical conditions. Our goal is for every child to feel included, supported, and able to participate in the fun and learning.
