Reporting Non-Working Street Lights
To report a non-working street light, contact FirstEnergy.
The Service Department does not handle any street lights, wires or tree limbs on private property. Service is only responsible for trees on tree lawns. To report downed wires or trees limbs impacting power lines, call The Illuminating Co. Emergency Outage Reporting Center at 888-544-4877 or in case of an emergency, please contact 911.
