Water Breaks
Water breaks that occur on city streets or tree lawns are the responsibility of the Cleveland Water. Contact Cleveland Water at 216-664-3060. If a water break is reported to City of Parma Service Department or Resident Services, it is dispatched to the City of Cleveland for repair.
Sewer Service
The Cuyahoga County Sanitary Engineer handles house calls for service. For service, call 216-443-8201 during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. The after-hours emergency number is 800-683-2689. Leave a message, and a supervisor will contact the homeowner.
For problems with a storm sewer or catch basin, call Parma Service Department at 440-885-8195. After 3 pm on weekdays and weekends, call the Service Garage at 440-885-8980.
