Donna Smallwood Activities Center 55+
Donna Smallwood Activities Center is a facility for older adults. Parma area residents who are ages 55 and older are welcome to participate in the City of Parma's array of programs, services and activities. To learn more, read our monthly newsletter The Center Line .

YMCA Exercise Classes

The YMCA offers Silver Sneakers exercise classes throughout the week. There is also a weight room that includes treadmills and exercise bikes. YMCA memberships are available for the following classes:
- Chair Yoga - Mondays at 8:15am
- Silver Sneaker Classic - M/W/F at 11am
- Move with Mary Kay - Tuesdays at 8am
- Fitness After 50 - Tuesdays at 9am
- Fitness after 50 - Wed & Fri at 8:15am
- Gentle Chair Exercise - Wednesdays at 9:15am
- Walk 15 - Wednesdays at Noon

Bus Trips
The Donna Smallwood Activities Center offers local bus trips, generally within an hour driving, including "Love Your Lunch" trips to area restaurants and "Mystery Trips" to various attractions.
